I'm very curious on the podiatric approach to heart failure...do tell!
By the way, is this a drug rep dinner talk you speak of? If so, put a comment for that date on http://dallasdrd.blogspot.com and I'll get it posted.
I don't know about everyone else, but I much prefer to approach heart failure from either a GI or nervous system point of view......
