
I liked the proposition of this experiment: set a mouse loose on a 20-acre island, and then see how hard he is to catch! (See story.)

My favorite part is how the rat set the rodent open water distance swimming record (400 meters).
They said he (or she) weighed 11 ounces. I weigh 150 pounds, so if you extrapolate the rat's size to mine, it would equivalent to me swimming about 125 miles!!
